Terms of service

1. Overview

Estardat operates a B2B marketplace connecting four parties: the Platform (Estardat), Client Companies, Collection Agencies, and Debtors. These Terms govern access to and use of the Platform by all four parties.

2. The four parties

The Platform is a neutral facilitator. Client Companies upload collection requests. Licensed Collection Agencies receive cases assigned by the Smart Assignment Engine. Debtors interact with the Platform exclusively through verified, audited channels.

3. All-through-platform rule

All communication and payments between parties MUST flow exclusively through the Platform. Phone numbers between Client Companies and Agencies, between Agencies and Debtors, are hidden by design. Calls are routed; messages are logged.

4. Prohibited off-platform contact & payment

Attempting to bypass the Platform — by sharing contact details, receiving payment off-platform, or negotiating outside the audited channels — is a material breach and may result in suspension or termination.

5. Acceptable use

Use of the Platform must comply with Saudi law, SAMA expectations, and applicable codes of conduct. Harassment, deception, and unlawful contact practices are strictly prohibited.

6. Fees & commissions

Subscriptions and add-ons are billed per the active plan. A collection commission applies on every amount collected through the Platform and is split between Platform and Agency in accordance with the assigned terms.
