1. Overview
This Privacy Notice explains how Estardat collects, uses, shares and protects personal data of users across the Platform — Companies, Agencies, Debtors and Platform operators.
2. Data handling
Personal data is processed for the legitimate purposes of operating the marketplace: case assignment, contacting debtors, settlement processing, and compliance reporting. Access is role-based and audited.
3. Retention
Operational data is retained while accounts are active. Immutable audit records — communications logs, payment events, settlement decisions — are retained for seven (7) years to meet regulatory and dispute-resolution requirements.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion (subject to retention obligations), restriction of processing, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
